    FAQ

My Financial Snapshot provides top-quality personal financial tools and content for individuals to not only improve their financial education, but use their financial education to complete a budget, personal financial statement, and a retirement calculator.

Whether you are just starting your personal financial journey or are a financial wizard. My Financial Snapshot is built for anyone to use. Our tools are built for simplicity. Spend more time making goals and reviewing your information rather that worry about the how.

We have daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure site safety. All data inputs are encrypted to protect the data that you input. Unlike Mint, TrueBill, and other budgeting apps, we never sell your information to a third party.

We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe.com, to handle all payments. This provides an additional layer of security and My Financial Snapshot has no access to your credit card information.

Register or log in to your existing account. Select NewSnapshot+ on your Dashboard. Complete the 12 categories to your satisfaction. Select Update Snapshot at the end.

We recommend a minimum of 1-2 times a year. Most subscribers update their financial snapshot 3-4 times a year.

There are three options. When you select “Update Snapshot,” you are given the option to download your snapshot. The second option is the select “Save and Download” at any point when completing a snapshot. The third option is to select the paper icon left of the view/edit on your snapshot dashboard.

Login to your account. In the top right corner dropdown select “My account”. Under Password select change password and you will be able to reset your password from there.

Login to your account. In the top right corner dropdown select “My account” Select “delete your account” at the bottom of the page.

Not yet. We are working on a budgeting tool that will be simple and easy to use as our personal financial statement builder.
